Choreographer: Sandra Parker
Performers: Arabella Frahn-Starkie, Caroline Meaden and Jonathon Havakis

Showing of work-in-progress of a new work by Sandra Parker titled 'Adherence to Procedure'. The work aims to extend the focus in Sandra's practice on rigorous choreographic invention and structuring, using the conceptual premise of systems and procedures as a guiding theme. Taking examples of regulations or rules from everyday contemporary life and applying them to the work's creative development, the project will investigate the effects of increased regulation in our personal and working lives, examining how complex procedures create a barrier to our ease of understanding and the function of everyday activities.

This session will be facilitated by Philipa Rothfield and Alison Croggon.
